Black Bean Brownies
Can black beans (drained & rinsed)
1.5 scoop protein powder (used half whey, half casein- both chocolate)
Stevia equal to 2tbs sugar
3.5tbs coconut oil
.5tsp baking powder
1/3-2/3c dark chocolate chips
Oven at 350. Grease 9×9 pan. In food processor (or larger bullet), blend all ingredients except chocolate chips until smooth. Mix in chips and spread into pan, sprinkle some chips on top. Bake 16min. Refrigerate overnight.
Cut into 9 squares, each: 125cal, 15carb, 4.75 protein, 6.5fat (if you use 2/3c chocolate chips). I usually end up cutting these in half, totaling 18 pieces (nutrition facts then each are halved).
