I mean it when I say “don’t lock your knees!”

If you are one of my personal training clients, you have heard me say this phrase many times…. Maybe even had me tap your legs to remind you. I always explain that it can cause you to pass out, put undue stress on the joints, or cause injury. If you don’t believe me, watch this video. I can’t bear to watch it more than once. 

I think you’ll see right away why it matters…. Especially on a leg press.
