Crock Pot Italian Chicken

I tried out this recipe as a freezer meal before baby’s arrival and have implemented it as one of my new favorites. I mix it all up in a gallon storage bag and freeze to pull out and cook in the crock pot when ready. You could, of course, just throw it straight in for dinner tonight!


4-5 large boneless chicken breasts

2 cans Campbell’s healthy request cream of chicken soup (lower fat and sodium)

1 block fat free cream cheese

1 packet Italian dressing mix (powder)
Just mix it all together (in the bag or in the crockpot) and cook on low for 4hrs. I shred up the chicken a bit when done and serve it over brown rice. Some may want to add salt to taste.
